This Refund Policy explains when cancellations, corrections or refunds may be available for orders placed through SlepyInjustice.

Digital Products & Services

SlepyInjustice products and services are digital and are delivered electronically. Once an order has been successfully delivered as described, it is considered completed and is generally no longer eligible for a refund.

Incorrect or Incomplete Delivery

If an order was delivered incorrectly, is missing part of what was purchased, or does not match the agreed order details, contact us as soon as possible. We will review the issue and, where appropriate, correct or complete the delivery.

Before Delivery

If you need to cancel an order before it has been processed or delivered, contact us through Discord as soon as possible. Cancellation is not guaranteed once fulfillment has started.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information and selecting the correct products and options. After successful delivery, customer selection errors are generally not eligible for a refund.

Applicable Rights

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or limit rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
