When you use SlepyInjustice, we may collect your email address, account identifier, Discord ID or username, order selections, order notes, Order ID, order status, order total and timestamps. If you submit a review, we may also store its rating, text, associated completed order and purchased-item information.
2. How We Use Information
We use this information to create and manage accounts, process and track orders, display order history, communicate about orders, provide support, operate verified reviews, prevent abuse and maintain the website.
3. Authentication and Database
Account authentication and website data are currently handled using Supabase. Data may therefore be processed by Supabase as a service provider in accordance with its own terms and privacy practices.
4. Hosting
The website is hosted using Cloudflare services. Technical information required to deliver and protect the website may be processed by Cloudflare in accordance with its own privacy practices.
5. Account and Order Visibility
Signed-in customers can view their own order history. Administrative access is restricted and is used to manage customer orders, reviews and site operations.
6. Public Reviews
Reviews submitted for completed orders may be displayed publicly together with the rating and purchased products associated with that review. Email addresses, Discord IDs, order notes and Order IDs are not intended to be displayed on public review cards.
7. Discord
The website links to Discord for payment coordination, support and order communication. Information you provide directly on Discord is also subject to Discord's own privacy practices.
8. Data Retention
Account, order and review information may be retained for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain records, resolve disputes, prevent abuse and comply with applicable obligations.
9. Security
Reasonable technical measures are used to restrict access to account and order information. No internet-based system can guarantee absolute security.
10. Your Choices
You may contact us with questions or requests concerning information connected to your account, orders or reviews. Requests may be subject to identity verification and applicable legal requirements.

This Privacy Policy may be updated as the website or its services change. The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated date.
